Microsoft has stopped providing Windows COA (Certificate of Authenticity) Stickers with the product keys since Windows 8. However, Microsoft now provides SI’s (System Integrators) the ability to directly inject the Microsoft Product Key into your gaming pc’s motherboard. Please be assured, all of our ABS Gaming PC’s have a genuine windows product key assigned.
To retrieve the Windows product key embedded in your motherboard, please follow the instructions below.
1. Click the Windows Icon (Windows Start Icon) on the bottom left of your screen. Type/Search “CMD”
2. Right Click Command Prompt APP (CMD) and run as administrator.
3. Copy & paste or type in the following command and press “Enter”
wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey
You can copy, paste and save the windows keys to anywhere you prefer. Please make sure it is saved in a secure location.
